Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using DuckMath (operated by TinkTech Sdn Bhd), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

DuckMath is intended for users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent before creating an account. Teachers and school administrators may register using an invitation code provided by TinkTech.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage on the leaderboard.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of abuse, cheating, or anomalous activity.

4. Token System

Tokens are virtual credits used within DuckMath to unlock AI grading and hints. Tokens have no monetary value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash. We reserve the right to adjust the token system at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts or bots to submit answers or earn tokens
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Upload or submit content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes third-party rights
• Interfere with the platform's security or other users' experience
• Misrepresent yourself as a teacher or administrator

6. Content

Questions uploaded by teachers remain the intellectual property of the uploader. By uploading content, you grant TinkTech a non-exclusive licence to display that content to students on the platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms.

7. Advertising

DuckMath may display advertisements via Google AdSense and other advertising partners. You agree not to click on advertisements artificially or encourage others to do so. Such behaviour violates advertising platform policies and may result in account suspension.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DuckMath is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI grading is 100% accurate — it is a learning aid, not a substitute for teacher assessment. We are not responsible for exam outcomes based on use of this platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, TinkTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DuckMath.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
