1. Acceptance of terms
By using DuckMath you agree to these terms of service. If you are under 18, use the platform with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
2. Account and security
You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Do not share your account. Contact us immediately if you believe it has been compromised. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
3. Content use
All questions, solutions and teaching content on the platform are copyrighted and belong to TinkTech Sdn Bhd or the contributing teachers. You may use the content for personal study, but not for commercial purposes, bulk redistribution, or resale.
4. Points and paid features
Core daily practice is free forever. Points are optional virtual credits used to unlock extra attempts or advanced features. All payments are non-refundable once confirmed, except where a platform technical fault prevented use.
5. Teacher contributions
By uploading questions, teachers grant the platform the right to display them to students after review. The platform may edit formatting and categorisation, or reword a question without changing its meaning.
6. Disclaimer
DuckMath's AI grading aims for accuracy but does not guarantee it is 100% error-free. If you find a grading error, tell us via the feedback tool. The platform is not liable for changes in academic results arising from use of the service.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. In the event of a dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve it amicably.
