Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
We collect only the minimum data needed to run the platform: your email address at sign-up, your answer records (used to generate mistake analysis), and login timestamps. We do not collect names, ID numbers, phone numbers, or any sensitive identity information.
2. How we use it
Answer records power your personal mistake notebook, points progress, and leaderboard. We do not sell your data to any third party or use it for ad targeting. In-app contextual ads are based on the subject of a question, not on your identity.
3. Storage and security
All data is stored in Supabase (Singapore region) with row-level security (RLS). Your data is visible only to you and platform administrators. We run periodic security reviews.
4. Your rights
You may request an export or deletion of your account data at any time. Email support@tinktech.com.my and we will action it within 14 working days.
5. Minors' privacy
DuckMath is aimed at secondary-school students and we take the privacy of minors seriously. We show no personalised ads to minors and collect no data beyond what is necessary.
6. Policy updates
If this policy changes materially, we will notify users via an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Last updated: January 2026.
